Victoria Ballestero, PE, MBA is a Professional Engineer with a focus on Maryland and DC-Metro centric land development engineering. In her role as Vice President and Operations Manager at ATCS, Victoria launched the firm’s Prince George’s County office and leads a team of professional engineers, planners, and land surveyors in delivering innovative site civil engineering solutions for private-sector clients in the residential, commercial, and mixed-use markets. In addition to her work with ATCS, Ms. Ballestero is a tireless voice for the industry; she has authored and co-authored articles for BUILD Maryland, testified in Annapolis on bills of vital importance to the industry, and annually moderated a continuing education seminar series on the Fundamentals of Land Development. Victoria serves as President of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers, Vice President of Associates for the Maryland Building Industry Association, Board Member for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Council at her alma mater Clarkson University. When not working, Victoria can be found mountaineering, backpacking, and ice climbing.
