Linda Harned is a native New Yorker who has been a Maryland resident for over 30 years. Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Negotiations and Labor Relations which she leveraged as a high stakes negotiator for Management Teams against Unions both in New York and Maryland. She then employed those skills over the last 25 years to build a successful real estate career, as an Agent, Associate Broker, Trainer, Coach and Mentor. Her contributions to our industry include: CoChair of MR Grievance Committee, Long Standing Member of the Statewide Forms Committee, Chair of the Regional Forms Committee through GBBR, Chair of the Grievance Committee for Harford County Association of Realtors, just to name a few of her commitments to our State and Local Boards.
