Under Pat's leadership, in June 2004, Keller Williams Preferred Properties (KWPP), opened its doors with twenty-eight (28) agents in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. As the broker/owner, Pat has grown the single office brokerage to over 500 agents. KWPP ranks nationally in Real Trends, Washington Journal, and the top 100 of Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI) brokerages worldwide.
Pat began her career as a real estate agent with ERA, and has successfully managed offices for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Pat has won numerous sales and leadership awards, including the PGCAR Distinguished Sales Club. In 2019 Pat was inducted into KWRI's prestigious Team Leader Hall of Fame.
Pat is a proud graduate of Howard University, an avid reader, and is a Blue Ribbon Prince Georges County Fair award winner for her “Almost Famous” chocolate chip cookies. When she's not educating, informing, and inspiring real estate professionals to live their life by design, Pat enjoys spending time at home with her husband Clinton, and visiting her daughter Lindsay at her home in Brooklyn, NY.
